Some notes
Supported and not supported
- Supported operating systems are: Windows2000, XP and Vista.
- DAISY 2.02 and ANSI/NISO-Z39.86-2005 books are supported.
- ANSI/NISO-Z39.86-2002 books are not supported.
- Protected (encrypted) books are supported, but not necessarily from all sources, because each organization supplies their keys in a different way. We know that Dedicon's protected books can be read, but RFB&D books are likely unsupported for the time being.
- Bookshare.org books are not supported.
The log file
This is a very useful file for debugging. It is found here:
Windows XP:

Windows Vista:

Other feedback
We love to hear from our users, so please use the AMIS forum to talk about things like new feature requests, how you're using AMIS, and other topics.
In order to be effective, beta testing should only provide information about problems with current features, so please use the ticketing system here for beta testing feedback, and the forums for all other feedback.
